Zenith will give the assurance to continue the project until completion
due to the fact that;
1.
Land fee has been fully covered for Dubai Sports City.
2.
We have utilized a considerable large amount of funds on this project and
a part to the contractor.
3.
We are financially stable as we are nearing completion of one of our Dubai
Sports City
Projects, Zenith Tower A1 in another 10 months time as
per the estimation.
We will be
Receiving a large amount of funds on completion of
this project.
4. We have
sold approx 60% units on this project Zenith A3 in Dubai Sports
City, to Individual customers.
5.
We have financial back up and Assets from other Companies
of Zenith Group.
6. We are
working out to decrease the Construction cost as the Material
and construction
Costs have come down in the market.
7.
Zenith has high credibility and reputation with Bankers,
Market and investors.
8. We have a
good experience in this trade and we have more than 40
strategies and
Policies to overcome financial burdens.
E.g. offering discounts to customer will make
Him encourage paying on time his outstanding
installments.
